At David's Fine Jewelry, we want every visit to be straightforward. Below is everything you need to know about how we operate.

Store Hours
Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 5pm
Saturday, 10am to 1pm
Closed Sunday and Monday

We are located at 7001 St. Andrews Road, Columbia, SC 29212. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours.

Repairs
We accept repair work on a drop-off basis. No appointment necessary. If you have a time-sensitive piece or a complex job you'd like to discuss before dropping it off, give us a call or text at (803) 732-1235 and we'll make sure we're prepared when you come in. Repairs are not completed while you wait unless arranged in advance.

Turnaround time varies depending on the nature of the repair. We will give you an estimated timeframe when you drop off your piece and follow up when it is ready.

Custom Orders
Custom design work is available. Timelines and pricing are discussed on a per-project basis. We recommend calling ahead to schedule time to sit down and talk through your vision before any work begins.

Catalog Orders
We offer access to an extensive jewelry catalog for customers who want to browse a wider selection. When you find a piece you're interested in, note the item number and contact us by phone or text. We'll walk you through availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time before anything is ordered.

Buying Gold, Silver, and Estate Jewelry
We purchase gold, silver, sterling flatware, coins, and estate jewelry. Offers are based on current market value and the condition of the item. We explain our process before making any offer, and there is never any obligation to sell. Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours. You must provide a drivers license or other state-issued ID in order for us to purchase from you.

Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided upfront before any work is started or any order is placed. We do not add charges after the fact. We accept cash, card, and offer financing options for qualifying purchases. Ask us in store for details.

Returns and Exchanges
Because much of our inventory involves custom orders, repairs, and special purchases, return and exchange eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our work and our products. If something isn't right, come talk to us and we will work to make it right.
